• By participating in the event, you acknowledge that photographs, videos, or recordings may be taken for promotional purposes.

• These materials may include images or audio of participants and may be used on the event website, marketing materials, or reports.

• If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please contact the event organizers prior to the meeting.

• CME accreditation bodies (if applicable).
